Angela:  Clinic Owner and Massage Therapist.  I graduated 2 yrs of massage therapy school at Makami  college, I specialize more in a Orthopedic approach and deep tissue massage. I was a nurse for 17 yrs working with mental health and geriatrics. I enjoy learning about health and how I can help treat people with various conditions in massage. I am a very outgoing person and loves to make people smile, and my goal in life is to just be happy and for those around me to enjoy life.
Marian: Registered Massage Therapist,  I graduated with honors in 2001 from Northumberland College in Halifax, NS.  The areas I specialize in are Lomi Lomi, Cranial Sacral, Reiki, Cupping and Guided Meditation. In 2004 I also completed Yoga Teacher Training at SWIHA in Tempe, AZ, as well as Ayurvedic Counselling in Santa Fe, NM.  I take a holistic approach in my treatments and seek to balance the mind and body through bodywork, aromatherapy and guided meditation.
Christine:

I have been doing what I love for the past 17 years, and I plan on doing reflexology for many more years to come. When I'm not working at making a difference in people's health, I enjoy spending time with my family, and travelling the world with my best friend - my husband.

I offer face, foot, ear, and hand reflexology.

Kayla: In 2012 I graduated from Makami College. Since then I have worked as a Registered Massage Therapist and specialize in therapeutic massage - a combination of relaxation and deep tissue treatment. I loves to treat clients through all stages of life, and work with all ages from childhood, pregnancy, post partum and seniors. I also practice cupping therapy along with acupressure and meridian massage. I often incorporate passive and active assisted stretching which will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage, swedish or sport massage to work on muscle and soft tissue injuries.  This is the most common type of massage.
Hawaiian or Lomi Lomi massage is gentle flowing massage strokes that are slow and continuous, providing a relaxing and soothing massage.
Serenity Massage: Experience the unparalleled healing benefits of our signature relaxation massage.  Medium pressure Hawaiian Massage increases circulation, eases muscle tension and improves flexibility.  Warm towels, and essential oils deepen relaxation while guided meditation is used for calming the mind.
Home Visits:  Can't get into the clinic?  No problem, we do Home Visits as well.  Just check the Book Online button or call us for details and availability.

MASSAGE
Cranial Sacral:  the origins of this therapy are in osteopathy, and involve the rebalancing of the craniosacral system through gentle, noninvasive manipulation of the cranium, bones of the face and the spine.
Reflexology:  application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
